What Is This Todo App?

This Todo List is a free online task manager that runs entirely in your browser. Create tasks, organize them into custom lists, set priorities and due dates, add subtasks and tags — all without creating an account or installing software. Your data is stored securely in your browser using IndexedDB.

How to Use This Todo App

Step 1: Create a Task

Type in the quick-add bar at the bottom and press Enter. Expand the bar to set due date, priority, and list.

Step 2: Organize with Lists

Use the sidebar to create custom lists. Right-click a list to edit or delete. Move tasks between lists via the detail panel.

Step 3: Set Priorities & Dates

Click a task to open the detail panel. Set priority, due date, notes, My Day toggle, subtasks, and tags.

Step 4: Complete & Track

Click the circle to mark complete. Use smart sidebar views and the progress bar to stay on track.

Step 5: Search & Sort

Search with Ctrl+K. Sort by custom order (drag & drop), due date, priority, A-Z, or newest. Switch between list and board views.
